What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of hands-on Healing with its origins in India thousands of years before Christ and Budha.  It was rediscovered by a Japanese Scholar and Monk named Dr.Mikao Usui who also gave the name Reiki.

Rei means spiritual consciousness and Ki is the nonphysical vitality that gives life to all living things. Ki energy can be low under situations of stress, anxiety, tiredness, and that will make the person susceptible to disease,  or sickness.

What is the major benefit from Reiki?

Reopens our 7 major chakras and re-balances the flow of the universal life force around the body.

What Should I Wear?

Regular clothes are fine.

How Long Are Reiki Sessions?

Each Reiki session can last from 1 to 1.5 hours. The first one though is an hour and a half, as I need to connect with the client and discuss his/her issues.
